I have had the opportunity to work with Whitney in a variety of capacities for over 15 years and feel honored to write this letter of endorsement on her behalf.

At Bonaventure Senior Living, Whitney served as an Assistant Executive Director and was promoted quickly to Executive Director where she managed over 50 staff members and an operating budget of over $4.8 million. Her responsibilities included all aspects relating to the Administration of Independent and Assisted Living including Health Services, Marketing, Activities, Dining Services, Maintenance and Resident Services. She oversaw and supported program staffing including recruiting, hiring, training, supervision and scheduling of 7 department managers. And was responsible for key result areas regarding operation of a state licensed Assisted Living facility including assessing, correcting, documenting quality assurance and resolving issues as they arose.

The thing that impresses me most about Whitney, is her passion for serving others. As an educator, she has touched the lives of many children and parents in over a decade of service and has been an advocate for positive change. In all her endeavors, she is results driven, and determined to help others succeed through consistent and positive leadership.

She definitely does not put up with half effort—if you turn in work that is not your best, she sends it back until it represents our full potential.
